Catch me if You can 2015-2020
Sometimes we coincidentally bump into amusing situations. At a moment when advertising placards fluttered in the breeze, I wonder if that blowing inside the fabric is a figure of the wind.
This idea led to an extension of <Pause series> on invisible subjects that exist everywhere.
This work concentrates on defining the shapes of winds by archiving the image of fabrics catching the winds through actions in various locations.
It was difficult to handle the wind strength when I tried to catch it with fabrics. I reached the point where I started to feel that the wind can be captured instantly but to can never stay caught forever.
That very moment could only be shown in these images.
